Designed for

Simplicity

Hebel’s simple facade systems are used in conjunction with Hebel’s Designer Range, to provide decorative options. Achieve multiple looks using the one, increasingly popular substrate – it’s so simple!

Efficiency

Having one substrate that can achieve multiple looks helps reduce onsite complexity. Hebel panels provide for faster installation than other smaller format, traditional masonry products, and require less trades onsite, leading to time savings and cost efficiencies.

Style

Create a range of looks for Hebel AAC with Hebel’s Designer Range. High quality panels provide choice with either pre-routed or plain surfaces. Pre-routed panels are ready for a personalised coating, while plain coated panels can be accessorised with a simple profile system that mimics the look of metal standing seam.

FAQs

What is PowerProfile?

It is a decorative cladding system that uses high quality aluminium powder coated snap on extrusions to create a similar look to standing seam and metal cladding systems, but with all the performance benefits of Hebel.

What thickness is the panel?

The panels are 75mm thick and provides an attractive deep reveal around openings.

Can I use the snap on profiles to create a unique pattern?

Yes. The common design for metal cladding is to space the profiles at 600mm centres which gives you the freedom to create any number of looks for your façade.

How are the profiles fixed?

The profiles snap onto an aluminium, universal backing clip which is screw fixed to the coated Hebel cladding.

Is the wall fire rated?

Yes, the panels have a fire rating of up to 180/180/180 when subjected to an external fire source.
Note: Based on a system using Hebel Adhesive at panel joints.

What is the thermal performance rating of the system?

The Hebel PowerProfile system provides similar R ratings as our current Hebel PowerPanelXL residential external wall system. R2.13 to R3.29.

Will the PowerProfile wall buckle and warp in the sun like metal cladding?

No, Hebel panels are solid and strong autoclaved aerated concrete and will not buckle or warp like metal cladding, commonly referred to in the industry as the ‘oil can’ affect.

How will a long wall look under glancing light?

The profiles provide shadowlines to the façade to overcome glancing light issues along the wall.

Can I use my trades to install PowerProfile?

The PowerProfile system has been designed to minimise trades however, it is recommended that trained contractors are used to ensure they install the system to the design and installation guidelines.

In what colours are the profiles available?

The profiles and accessories are available in three powder coated colours (Basalt, Dune and Monument).

What profiles are available?

There are two profiles available: Trapezoidal and Bullnose.

What trims are available?
