At CSR Hebel, we’ve been producing steel reinforced AAC panels for over 25 years. We pride ourselves on continually improving our offering to provide developers and builders with systems that are a better way to design and build.
Because of this we introduced the Hebel PowerPanel50 for Low Rise Multi-Residential Intertenancy/Party and Dual Zero Boundary Wall Systems to our range. This 50mm thick steel reinforced Hebel panel is a revolution in AAC panel manufacture worldwide: installed vertically it’s available in 2.4, 2.55, 2.7, 2.85 and 3 metre standard lengths.
Ideal for townhouse and Torrens title developments..

The advantages of this Australian made system include:
Solid Wall finish
A significant advantage of the Hebel PowerPanel50 is that you get a solid wall between you and your neighbour. Traditional plasterboard and stud walls can be easily penetrated and are less secure than a solid lightweight concrete wall system.
Narrow wall width – ideal for Townhouse & Torrens Title
A further advantage is the narrow intertenancy wall system starting at 230mm wide. That means you get a solid, secure wall with maximised floor space. And for developers needing dual zero boundary walls the PowerPanel50 system delivers a cost-effective and fast solution that adds value.
Reduces noise transfer
As building becomes more condensed through increased multi-residential projects, so too does the potential for increased noise transfer between walls and floors. Hebel PowerPanel50 paired with PowerFloor system provide a quieter environment to help provide a more comfortable living environment.
Fast, simple and easy to install
Unlike other types of party wall systems, the Hebel PowerPanel50 Intertenancy Wall System simplifies the construction process. It doesn’t require fire-rated plasterboard between floor levels or in the roof space or a myriad of fire-sealant points. There are no H-tracks, multitude of screw and fixing types or different types of liners and sheets to order and maneuver onsite. Altogether, this saves time and speeds up the construction process.
Additionally, there’s minimal onsite wastage, reducing time and costs.
Minimises fire risk – Codemark certified
With no need for fire-rated plasterboard, minimal fire sealant points and an FRL of 90/90/90, the PowerPanel50 Intertenancy and Dual Zero Boundary Wall Systems make National Construction Code compliance fire rating compliance simple and easy. Both systems are Codemark certified internal loadbearing systems.
Unaffected by wet conditions
What really resonates with builders is the fact that the PowerPanel50 wall construction isn’t affected by wet or damp conditions. If it rains Hebel panels dry out quickly and won’t retain excessive moisture that can cause mould in the panel or affect the integrity of the panel.
