PowerShield
Specifically engineered to provide high performing fire-resistance and acoustic solutions for the utilities and infrastructure sectors.
High performing PowerShield panels are used in Hebel fire and acoustic wall systems for power utilities and road and tunnel infrastructure. The systems are designed to withstand heat up to 1300oC and have high fire resistance performance when exposed to the Hydrocarbon Modified (HCM) fire curve for 2 hours. For structures in electromagnetic fields non-inductive panels can be supplied.
The PowerShield Acoustic Absorption wall system, with the same high fire performance characteristics of the fire wall system, uses a combination of PowerShield panels as the primary structure with a second skin using 75mm PowerPanel.
Readily available, fast to install onsite and easy to cut for service penetrations, PowerShield panels are lightweight compared with precast concrete panels at a quarter of the density.
