About External Walls
CSR Hebel makes exterior wall panels for commercial and civil buildings. These panels provide construction cost and comfort benefits to office buildings, retail centres, education buildings, hospitals, sports stadiums as well as warehouse and industrial buildings (Building code class 5, 6d, 7b, 8, 9a and 9b).
Cost benefits are realised by switching exterior wall materials from precast concrete, in situ formed concrete and masonry to AAC. It is up to 75% lighter than concrete. Hebel AAC exterior wall panels require lighter structural support, enable fast modular construction, and make logistics and compliance easier.
Hebel PowerPanel+ is a smart choice for commercial and industrial projects. The panels are a commercial grade thickness ranging from 100mm – 300mm. Up to four times thicker than the AAC panels used for low rise residential construction.

In commercial external wall applications, panels are installed vertically or horizontally to steel or concrete structural framing as a non-loadbearing panel wall system. For aesthetic appeal, the AAC panels can be routed cost-effectively with custom designs that suit the purpose of the building.
