Unlike residential subfloor panels, Hebel commercial flooring does not require floor joists or framing. Hebel PowerFloor+ panels span up to 5.85m between structural supports. They are an alternative to formed-concrete floors in apartments and commercial and industrial applications. Speed up construction by eliminating the time it takes for concrete to cure.
Hebel structural commercial flooring systems are best suited for use in large buildings such as schools, offices and community centres. Hebel PowerFloor+ costs less than traditional concrete slab flooring systems. Being lighter in weight, it reduces the number of slabs, columns and footings.

PowerFloor+ system on steel frame. Can also be applied on a concrete frame.
The interlocking DP panels, with grout, create a full fire seal, and combined with the unique fire-resistant properties of Hebel, the system can achieve Fire Resistance Levels (FRL’s) of up to 3 hours without relying on ceiling systems. Once finished, the floor provides a solid base for commercial grade floor coverings including vinyl flooring, carpet and ceramic tiles.
