About Internal Walls
CSR Hebel has developed internal wall systems for commercial and industrial applications that harness the benefits of lightweight construction where thermal, acoustic and fire properties are desired. They are used on buildings such as shopping centres, schools, sport or assembly halls, factories, industrial units, and storage facilities. The National Construction Code (NCC) classifies these buildings into class 5, 6d, 7b, 8, 9a and 9b.
The commercial interior wall panels can be installed horizontally or vertically. The autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) products to use are extra thick Hebel PowerPanel+ tongue and groove panels. They are 100mm to 300mm thick with caged steel-reinforcing offering solidity, durability, and security without the constraints of masonry products such as bricks and concrete blocks.

Systems

Hebel Commercial and Industrial internal wall systems can be installed horizontally or vertically. They provide a solid and slender non-loadbearing wall for use between offices, around toilets and between industrial units as a fire wall with a Fire Resistance Level (FRL) up to four hours.
