AAC Panels

Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) panels are a modern alternative to precast concrete panels, masonry, and brick construction. The AAC wall panels are reinforced with steel mesh with an anti-corrosion coating for durability. Hebel panels are up to 75% lighter than precast concrete making construction faster and easier.

Hebel AAC concrete panels are versatile. They are commonly used for the interiors and exteriors of buildings including detached houses, low-rise and high-rise apartments as well as commercial and infrastructure applications. The Hebel panel range offers a variety of thicknesses to speed up construction or to meet the performance and compliance requirements of residential and commercial fire and acoustic walls.

Hebel PowerPanel50 is the slimmest AAC panel. At 50mm thick it is used for rendered exterior walls and intertenancy walls in houses and low rise multi-residential buildings.

The 75mm thick Hebel AAC panel range suits houses and low-rise residential construction. It includes PowerPattern for vertically grooved external walls, PowerPanelXL for external rendered walls and internal intertenancy walls. PowerFence is a modular fence system with an attractive rendered finish. Finally, PowerFloor is tongue and groove structural flooring installed over joists with a solid feel and impressive acoustic and thermal performance.

The commercial-grade range of AAC panels range from 100mm to 300mm thick. This includes PowerPanel+, PowerFloor+ for apartments, commercial and industrial buildings as well as PowerShield and SoundBarrier for civil and utilities projects.
